Job summary

Ōnin Staffing is seeking a Billing Clerk I to support shipping, production, and maintenance by maintaining accurate inventory and billing records. You will record material receipts, issues, and transfers; perform cycle counts; resolve discrepancies; and prepare materials for shipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities include data entry of various transactions, reviewing reports, operating powered industrial vehicles, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in billing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial vehicles preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret shipping documents and specifications.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify materials, process receipts, and store materials.
• Enter receipt, issue, transfer, billing, and inventory transactions into the system.
• Review open-order reports, pick lists, and tags to identify and prepare materials for shipment.
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Investigate and resolve inventory and billing discrepancies.
• Operate electric- and propane-powered industrial vehicles safely.
• Follow safety rules and Billing Clerk procedures.
• Prepare complete reports and documentation.
