NAPA Auto Parts in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Inventory Stock Associate to maintain accurate inventory, support efficient product flow, and keep a clean, organized store environment. You will handle receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and order fulfillment for delivery drivers and will-call customers.

The role requires reading part numbers, operating computer terminals, and lifting up to 60 pounds in a fast-paced retail/warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year stocking, loading, or pulling experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to identify part numbers and line codes accurately.
• Able to lift/move parts up to 60 pounds.
• Able to operate a computer terminal.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders for drivers and for main counter customers and will-call.
• Receive, post, stock and organize incoming merchandise; maintain shelving and placement.
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Assist customers by phone or in person as needed.
• Use delivery management systems to coordinate and dispatch deliveries.
• Contribute to store operations and process improvements.
