Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Palm Harbor, FL is seeking an Inventory Stock Associate to maintain accurate stock, enable efficient product flow, and keep a clean, organized store environment. You will handle receiving freight, cycle counts, shelving, and order pulling for delivery drivers and will-call customers, while sharing product knowledge with internal teams.

The role requires basic computer skills, the ability to lift up to 60 pounds, and a keen eye for identifying part numbers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year previous experience stocking, loading, or pulling.
• High School Diploma, or equivalent experience, required.
• Must be able to identify part numbers and line codes accurately.
• Must be able to lift and move parts up to 60 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds using equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pulls all orders to be delivered by our drivers to wholesale customers and for counter retail/wholesale customers and will-call.
• Receive, post, stock, and organize incoming merchandise; maintain shelving and product placement.
• Conduct cycle counts and support ongoing inventory accuracy and record maintenance.
• Perform housekeeping, safety, and area-specific organization while adhering to safety rules.
• Proficiently use inventory systems for coordination, dispatching support, and fulfillment efficiency.
• Periodically assist customers via phone or in-person and escalate appropriately.
• Utilize delivery management systems to coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders.
• Contribute to store operations and team support tasks to optimize performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to store processes and standards.
