Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services’ client in Levittown, PA seeks an Inventory Clerk to merge desk-based inventory management with hands-on warehouse verification. The role requires comfort with Excel, data entry, and physical counts on the warehouse floor.

The ideal candidate will perform counts, manage records, and communicate findings to teams, while maintaining accuracy in a non-climate-controlled environment. First shift 8am-4:30pm with OT as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory or warehouse roles preferred.
• Strong computer skills with Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to walk the warehouse floor and perform physical counts.
• Ability to learn inventory software and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate physical inventory counts throughout the warehouse.
• Use a rolling cart and laptop to perform inventory audits and product verification.
• Enter, review, and maintain inventory records in company systems.
• Create and update inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Communicate inventory findings and updates via email with internal teams and clients.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or overages.
• Maintain organized documentation and reporting records.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure inventory accuracy.
