Job description

Jacam Catalyst provides exceptional service while ensuring the safety, accuracy, and compliance of our operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our team. This role supports our Inventory Department by ensuring outgoing and return truck operations meet regulatory and company standards.

Essential Functions
  • Verify outgoing trucks for accurate quantities, product types, and compliance with DOT regulations and company standards.
  • Ensure trucks are loaded and configured according to safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between reported deliveries and returned products, working directly with drivers to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of outgoing and return truck delivery data.
  • Follow all safety protocols and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with Inventory Department to ensure accurate communication and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
  • High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
  • Familiarity with DOT regulations and inventory control processes is preferred.

  • Physical Abilities: Lift and carry 50 pounds in various packaging. Tip and move 55-gallon drums, weighing up to 600 pounds, with the use of a drum dolly.

95% of time outdoors in chemical manufacturing environment to support gate operations. Some navigation inside and outside of metal buildings. Employee could work in temperature extremes. Must be able to work in a chemical odor’s environment.

5% of time in a controlled atmosphere within an office setting arranged in a warehouse and laboratory environment.
