Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is hiring an Inventory Associate II in Memphis. The role supports order fulfillment, receiving, storage, and shipment processes across a busy warehouse environment.

We welcome candidates with varying levels of warehouse experience; on-the-job training is provided, and safety is emphasized. Expect early start hours and opportunities to operate various equipment with proper certification.

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
• All training provided starting day one.

Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders including picking, QC checks, packing and preparing for shipment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks to maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Be willing to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment (e.g., cherry picker, forklift, reach truck).

Shift- Monday-Friday 4:00AM-12:30PM (or until task complete)

Anticipated hourly range:$19.10 per hour - $19.70 per hour (depending on experience)

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health

Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include receiving product, fulfilling, packaging, and shipping orders within established team goals to ensure on time order delivery.

Qualifications

We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience. If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment you could be a great fit for our team. All training is provided starting your first day!

• Ability to lift and carry, up to 50 pounds

• Comfort with heights up to 30 ft

• Ability to follow direction and change priorities

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, a plus

Responsibilities
