Mannapov LLC is seeking an Inventory Associate to scan, shelve, and prepare device orders in a warehouse setting. The role involves operating an Inventory Management System, performing counts, and ensuring accuracy and timely processing of shipments.

The position requires attention to detail, English proficiency, and comfort with warehouse equipment. Evening/weekend hours may be required based on demand.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Experience with warehouse tools is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Process and fill orders accurately and timely.
• Scan and sort devices into Inventory Management System and shelve devices.
• Validate devices picked for sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Research inventory discrepancies and report to supervisor.
• Search for missing products as necessary.
• Communicate issues to management that could cause delays or loss.
• Work with teammates to meet daily goals.
• Follow all processes and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
