Job summary

Ingram Micro is hiring a Logistics Associate I to support day-to-day warehouse and distribution center operations, including receiving, sorting, packing, and shipping products. You will work under supervision in a structured environment, using RF scanners and warehouse systems to ensure accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform routine warehouse and inventory tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety rules.
• Basic computer skills to learn warehouse systems and devices.
• Stand and lift as required in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound products according to procedures.
• Sort, stage, and route products for processing and shipping.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Use RF scanners and systems to record product movement.
• Move materials using pallet jacks and equipment after training.
• Support inventory control and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clean, safe work area following 5S and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with team to meet daily goals.
