MAAG Gala, Inc. in Eagle Rock, VA, is seeking an Inventory Associate to perform shipper/receiver duties, inspect incoming items, and ensure accurate order fulfillment for customer shipments.
You will operate a forklift, identify and tag parts, print packing slips, and coordinate with teams to consolidate orders. This full-time, on-site role requires attention to safety and quality and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

The shipper/receiver position provides the initial inspection on incoming commercial items from suppliers and final quality check on the orders to the customer. They help to promote the high standard of customer service that Maag Gala Inc. has built. Insuring that all orders are received accurately and shipped on time to our customers.
The incumbent considers all interests of quality, accident prevention and occupational safety as well as environmental safety in a preventive manner within his scope of responsibility and supports the avoidance of damages to people, facilities, assets, material and environment actively. The incumbent is obliged to perform tasks requested by management that relate to his position scope or arise from company needs. While performing the duties of this job in a factory setting, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud and PPE may be required.
