Job summary

CTR Cryo is seeking a dependable Inventory Associate to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping in a safe, organized warehouse in Montgomery, TX.

The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse duties, as assigned.
