Job summary

CTR Cryo is seeking an Inventory Associate to join our Montgomery, TX warehouse. You will handle receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping while upholding safety and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting shipments, preparing orders, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining accurate inventory counts. Forklift operation is a plus, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Basic math and computer skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Inventory Associate to join our team. The Inventory Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products, while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

Job Description:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse duties, as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
