Job summary

CTR Cryo is seeking a dependable Inventory Associate to join our Montgomery warehouse team. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and ship products while maintaining a safe, organized workspace and supporting cycle counts.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior forklift certification is a plus, and experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse duties, as assigned.
