Job summary

Quantum Services in Toledo, OH is seeking an in-store auditor to visit 1–3 convenience store locations daily within a 3-hour radius. Schedule is Monday–Friday with weekends off and 36–42 total hours per week; some travel is required.

You’ll perform physical inventory counts with a 10-key device, inspect stockrooms and freezers, identify variances, and submit daily audit reports to store managers. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.

Pay: $18.00 / hour (Paid bi-weekly) | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Weekends Off (Occasional travel)

Travel: Daily travel up to a 3-hour radius from Toledo, OH (Paid travel time included in 36-42 hr work week)

What You’ll Do

Schedule & Travel Details

• Kickoff Time: Official store audit kickoff is typically 7:00 AM (departures can be as early as 3:00 AM - 4:00 AM depending on distance to the first store location).

• Weekly Hours: Total work time (in-store auditing + paid travel) averages 36-42 hours per week.

• Daily Travel: Travel to 1-3 store locations daily within a 3-hour radius of Toledo, OH.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation (driving & carpooling rotation required).

• Ability to pass background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.

• Physical stamina to stand, bend, squat, use short step-ladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cold environments (coolers/freezers).

• Early risers who thrive in hands-on, active roles.
