Job summary

Quantum Services is seeking a field auditor to conduct inventory counts at gas stations and convenience stores within a 3-hour radius of Columbia, MO. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overnight travel and about 36–42 hours per week including paid travel time.

You will visit 1–3 store locations daily, coordinating carpools with teammates. Requirements include a valid driver’s license, ability to pass background/MVR checks, and physical stamina to handle lifting up to 25 lbs in

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation are required.
• Ability to pass background screening and MVR check.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, squat, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical inventory counts inside gas stations and convenience stores using a 10-key device.
• Work across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and submit daily audit reports to store managers.
• Carpool daily with the team to dynamic job sites across the region.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Weekends Off (Occasional travel)

Travel: Daily travel up to a 3-hour radius from Columbia, MO (Paid travel time included in 36–42 hr work week)

What You’ll Do

• Work across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.

• Identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and submit accurate daily audit reports to store managers.

• Carpool daily with your team to dynamic job sites across the region.

Schedule & Travel Details

• Kickoff Time: Official store audit kickoff is typically 7:00 AM (departures can be as early as 3:00 AM – 4:00 AM depending on distance to the first store location).

• Weekly Hours: Total work time (in-store auditing + paid travel) averages 36–42 hours per week.

• Daily Travel: Travel to 1–3 store locations daily within a 3-hour radius of Columbia, MO.

What We’re Looking For
