Job summary

Bertolino Foods seeks a detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join its Peabody, MA warehouse team. This full-time role focuses on cycle counts, inventory integrity, and accurate lot coding to keep products moving smoothly.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, discrepancy research, FIFO support, and safe equipment operation. The position requires a high school diploma, ability to lift 75 lbs, and comfort with cold environments; overtime and weekend shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, inventory, or cycle count experience preferred.
• Strong counting and math skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable using basic computer/inventory software (Microsoft Office a plus).
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in cold storage/freezer environments.
• Experience with scissor lifts/high lifts is a plus.
• Available for occasional overtime and weekend shifts.

What You'll Do

Schedule

Two schedules are available:

• Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, with flexibility to work overtime if needed. Must have availability to train 8 AM - 4:30 PM for the first month.
• Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, Sundays, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM, with flexibility to work overtime if needed. Must have availability to train 8 AM-4:30 PM for the first month.
