Job summary

MacKenzie-Childs is hiring an Inventory Associate to maintain accurate inventory through regular counts and data entry in a warehouse setting. You will support inbound/outbound stock, use WMS/RF scanning, and help with labeling and stocking to ensure correct inventory levels.

This role requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Overtime and weekend shifts may be needed; comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of inventory, warehousing, or retail stock management preferred.
  • Experience with WMS and RF scanning a plus.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends or adjusted schedules.
  • Strong math, reading packing slips and inventory reports.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts and full physical inventory audits as scheduled.
  • Record and reconcile data using WMS; investigate discrepancies.
  • Assist in receiving, labeling, stocking incoming goods.
  • Ensure FIFO/LIFO storage and rotate stock per standards.
  • Support picking, packing, and shipping during high-volume periods.
  • Maintain clean, organized storage areas and report issues promptly.
  • Follow safety procedures and warehouse policies at all times.

This role supports warehouse operations by ensuring inventory integrity, resolving discrepancies, and assisting with inbound and outbound stock movement.
