The Modal Shop – An Amphenol Company in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking an Inventory Associate responsible for end-to-end inventory tasks across rental, perpetual, and expensed stock. You will document variances, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure accurate inventory data while following safety rules.
Responsibilities include processing incoming packages, stocking locations, updating mappings and serial data, and performing regular counts.

The Inventory Associate displays ownership and accountability for inventory transactions. Performance of all functions necessary to accomplish inventory tasks required to maintain accurate inventory data for rental, perpetual, and expensed inventory. Documents inventory variances and assists in resolution. Coordinates with internal teams regarding all inventory related issues and procedures.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision. This role requires the ability to work in an indoor production environment, with low to moderate noise level.
This position requires access to “controlled technology” as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. 730 et. seq.) and “technical data” as defined in the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (22 C.F.R, Chapter 1, Subchapter M). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
