Job summary

Royal Oak Enterprises, LLC in Crossville, TN is seeking an Inventory & Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage cycle counts, verify raw materials and maintain accurate on-hand records in D365. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in inventory control or AP in manufacturing, strong ERP and Excel skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
2+ years of inventory control, accounts payable, or materials/warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced plant environment.
Effective communication across plant floor, purchasing, and office/administrative stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own execution of the plant's cycle count program and maintain inventory accuracy.
Verify receipt of incoming materials against purchase orders and documentation.
Post receipts, transfers and adjustments in D365 promptly and accurately.
Manage vendor invoices, code against records, and process payments.
Coordinate inter-warehouse transfers and maintain synchronized inventory records.
Partner with maintenance, purchasing, and operations to ensure material availability and reporting.
