Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics is seeking a Business Analyst for the Fort Wayne, USA location. You will manage inventory to align with customer KPIs and maintain accurate master schedules across WMS and financial systems, ensuring on-time demand and minimal discrepancies.

You will collaborate with site leadership and operations to resolve issues, analyze aged inventory, and produce actionable reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• 2–4 years' experience with WMS applications.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, and/or JDA strongly preferred.
• Strong speaking, writing, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory management and ensuring accuracy between systems.
• Identify failed transactions and troubleshoot root causes.
• Monitor inbound/outbound orders and ensure demand can be met.
• Manage returns and quarantined inventory; support physical inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with site leadership to update work instructions and reports.
