CVS Health in Northbrook, IL seeks a data-driven professional to manage replenishment inventory. You will review system recommendations, analyze forecasts, and coordinate transfers to optimize inventory levels while aiming for 99%+ service levels.
The role requires strong analytical skills, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Healthcare environment. Collaborative work with Pharmacy locations and external vendors is essential.
Must be a proactive problem solver, well organized, team player with good follow through, math and analytical skills that include the ability to perform root cause analyses.
Solid verbal and written communication skills are also required.
Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Experience in inventory purchasing/planning and/or pharmacy is preferred, but not required.
Knowledge of SAP and other in house systems is preferred.
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.

The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
