Job summary

KeHE Distributors in Aurora, CO is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to drive inventory accuracy within a dedicated DC zone. You will perform root-cause analysis, guide cycle counting, and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

This role partners with site leadership and supports continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in inventory control, strong skills with WMS and Excel/Power BI, and the ability to mentor junior staff while delivering data-driven

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3–5 years of experience in inventory control or related analytical role.
Proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and communicate findings to leadership.
Strong knowledge of inventory adjustment processes including recalls, DAP, UDR, VFR, Salvage and Donations.

Responsibilities

Own root cause analysis on large-value inventory adjustments and variances; document findings and impact.
Manage recalls, DAP, UDR, VFR, Salvage and Donation workflows with accuracy and compliance.
Translate quantitative findings into concise narratives for DC leadership.
Maintain ownership of the assigned temp zone; guide daily workflow and troubleshoot issues.
Conduct cycle counter audits and collaborate with the DC IC Manager on coaching.
Lead cross-functional IC projects and contribute to process improvements.
