Job summary

This position works with Accounts Payable on PO receipts and invoices, supports P.O. maintenance, vendor credits, and pricing. It also involves training store teams and driving continuous improvement in inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inventory in retail and understanding inventory life cycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel with familiarity in pivot tables and data analysis.
• Ability to train and lead store associates on inventory system concepts.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of Inv_Corp email for inventory research and adjustments.
• Lead cycle count program and reconcile adjustments with all locations.
• Monitor retail adjustments, transfers and negative inventory activity.
• Develop metrics and reports on store inventory accuracy and shrink.
• Collaborate with Buying on item maintenance and pricing insights.
• Coordinate annual physical inventories with store leadership.
