Froedtert Health in Menomonee Falls, WI, invites you to join our Integrated Service Center as an Inventory Analyst. This on-site, full-time role (40 hours) focuses on monitoring and optimizing inventory levels, reviewing reorder points, and collaborating with teams to minimize supply disruptions.

A minimum of one year in supply chain or inventory analysis is required; 3–5 years’ experience is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field is preferred, with strong Excel and MMIS

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of supply chain or inventory analyst experience is required.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in a supply chain is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, adjust and apply inventory management best practices.
• Review reorder points and quantities to meet fill rate and turnover goals.
• Collaborate with Product Conversion team to minimize supply disruptions.
• Identify bulk buy opportunities to provide cost savings.
• On-board end users and promote best-practice ordering throughout the system.
