Job summary

SpartanNash, located in Byron Center, MI, seeks a data-driven professional for the 2nd shift to develop and maintain data reporting tools for procurement and business development. You will monitor inventory, analyze trends, and provide data insights to support decisions and product disposition.

You will prepare inventory related reports, review outcomes with management, and collaborate across departments to ensure timely, accurate information. Proficiency in SQL and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in business or related field.
• Distribution Center experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical, numerical, and detail-oriented abilities.
• Working knowledge of queries; proficient with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain data reporting tools for procurement and business development.
• Create inventory reports and analyses for partners; ensure timely, accurate information.
• Review report outcomes with management as needed.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and summarize results.
• Collaborate across departments and customers to support decision-making.
• Execute inventory disposition decisions as directed by management.
• Educate partners on reports and databases where applicable.
• Additional duties as assigned.
