Job summary

Jabil in United States (SC) is seeking an Inventory Analyst to ensure material accuracy and proper ERP transactions for production support. The role emphasizes maintaining correct material levels within WIP areas and collaborating across departments to prevent production disruption.

Responsibilities include data integrity in ERP, material issue analysis, and driving improvements while adhering to safety and EHS requirements.

Qualifications

Two years of inventory analysis experience in PCB manufacturing.
University degree in Supply Chain or related field.
Equivalent combination of education, training, or experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain accuracy of all material within the assigned areas.
Maintain ERP inventory levels and ensure supply of correct materials for production.
Communicate across functional areas to prevent disruptions in manufacturing.
Analyze material issues and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate activities with other departments and work-cell teams within the plants.
May coordinate activities with customer’s vendors and personnel in other Jabil Operations.
Protect Jabil’s inventory investment and maintain ERP integrity.
Provide high‑quality responses to WIP issues within the assigned areas.
Participate in safety, environmental, health, and ISO activities.
