Jabil is launching a Prince George, VA startup and seeks an Inventory Analyst II to manage inventory levels and material movements within the facility and with external partners. You will analyze cycle counts, support improvements for accuracy and efficiency, and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements include 3–5 years in inventory control, HS Diploma, and proficiency with Excel, ERP, and WMS. This on-site role reports to the startup team and offers a competitive pay range.

This role is to support a new factory in Prince George, VA (onsite) startup manufacturing large form-factor equipment. The product will be large (shipping container size), heavy (50+ tons), and complex. This position will be part of the core factory startup and onboarding team responsible for building the operations and manufacturing staff, fitting out the building, and creating the process flow/work instructions/etc. from the ground up. Skills to include: panel and point to point wire assembly, Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, and High Power Electronic assemblies.
Mon - Fri (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

The Inventory Analyst II is responsible for analyzing inventory levels and material transactions related to the movement and transfer of materials both within the facility and with external partners.
The pay range for this role is $65,500 - $117,900. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
