Job summary

Jabil in Prince George, VA is seeking an Inventory Analyst II to optimize material flow, analyze cycle counts, and drive accuracy across internal and external partner transfers. This role will mentor other analysts and partner with production, materials, warehouse, and finance teams.

You will review KPI metrics, support RMA processes, and implement corrective actions using Lean Six Sigma practices where applicable.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required; Associate degree (AA) preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory control, materials management, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in inventory accuracy, cycle counting, reconciliation, and investigating variances.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cycle count results, investigate discrepancies, and authorize inventory adjustments.
• Identify root causes of variances and partner with workcells to implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as downtime, backflush integrity, material returns, and line inventory.
• Review material flow processes and recommend improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Support RMA processes and provide guidance to other Inventory Analysts; perform additional duties as assigned.
