Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Quality Engineer II (2nd shift) to join our new Prince George, VA manufacturing startup. This on-site role supports a large-form-factor equipment project and drives quality improvements, CAPA, and process controls across cross-functional teams.

You will develop inspection plans, participate in NPI, lead root cause analyses, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance while partnering with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or related field.
• 3+ years of quality engineering or manufacturing quality in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with NPI, process validation, CAPA, and quality controls.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain quality plans, inspection plans, and control plans.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Analyze quality data and process performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams.
• Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve quality concerns.
• Support ISO 9001 compliance and quality system initiatives.
