Job summary

Lincoln Ovens, a Welbilt brand, is seeking an Inventory Analyst I to ensure on-time shipping and KPI attainment for the Materials Team. Based in Shreveport, LA, the role collaborates with cross-functional teams to manage inventory, cycle counts, ECO/PCO changes, and data integrity.

A strong ERP and reporting background is essential for success. The position requires an Associate's Degree or 2–4 years of related experience, and knowledge of ERP systems and production scheduling.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; 2–4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with ERP systems and maintaining data accuracy.
• Familiarity with production scheduling and inventory control processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Material Handlers, Purchasing, Finance, Quality and Engineering.
• Prepare and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform regular audits.
• Build and report KPIs for Material Handlers and drive improvements.
