Job summary

Windward Communities in Clearwater, FL is seeking an Inventory Analyst to manage new and existing home inventory, including the order process with manufacturers, deliveries, and title work. You’ll maintain records, run KPI analyses, and provide timely insights to the leadership team.

You will collaborate with Sales, Operations, Construction, and Accounting to resolve inventory issues, track expenditures, and ensure accurate balance sheet reporting. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to analyze data, solve problems and make sound business decisions under pressure.
