Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 1-3 years equivalent experience preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Advanced Inventory Management knowledge/experience.

Responsibilities

• Backup to Procurement Analyst with Morning Packaging counts before shift, Mon-Fri.
• Ensure prompt SAP receipt of all packaging, ingredients, and facility services.
• Perform Daily Material Requirements Planning based on production schedule to determine inventory needed.
• Create Purchase Requisitions for all packaging materials and other requests as needed.
• Receive processes; post GR within 12 hours, conduct damage inspections, inbound audits for packaging materials.
• Lead cycle and periodic physical inventory counts to ensure SOX compliance.
• Support inventory management strategies and days-in-inventory metrics and waste identification.
• Identify chronic inventory adjustments and work with Accounting to remove inventory in SAP with details.
