Job summary

Responsibilities include unloading, stocking, labeling, reconciling variances, and maintaining accurate records. Cross-training across purchasing, warehouse, fleet, and office is required; strong computer skills and SAP/Excel experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Store, cycle count and audit inventory; confirm deliveries and process invoices.
• Enter receiving data and investigate reconciliations of variances.
• Housekeeping of storage areas, labeling, and material identification.
• Receive parts and materials, stock them, and stage for return.
• Unload incoming materials and place in correct storage locations.
• Cross-train to work in all purchasing areas including warehouse, fleet, and office.
