Job Title: Inventory Analyst

Department: Materials

Summary: Utilizes analytical and advanced computer systems knowledge, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and costing principles to ensure data integrity and continuous improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain system part data and inventory accuracy, managing data flow and correcting inaccuracies or omissions, balancing manufacturing needs with financial controls.
  2. Implement and follow up on inventory cycle counts, analyzing discrepancies and root causes.
  3. Continuously improve software systems and standard practices across departments.
  4. Develop custom programs and tools using programming skills to support different departments beyond ERP capabilities.
  5. Process machine scrap, oversee EDI sales data, and manage Plex transactions.
  6. Implement Engineering Change Notices and Process Change Requests, considering their impact on system flow and inventory.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of related experience or training, or equivalent.

Physical Demands: Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, sit, use hands, and reach. Reasonable accommodations available.
