Job summary

Adamas Energy in Texas is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support inventory control, material tracking, asset management, and warehouse operations at our field warehouse in San Augustine and Nacogdoches.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory management, ERP experience, and strong organizational skills. Travel to field locations and forklift experience are a plus.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in a business-related field preferred (equivalency considered).
  • 3+ years of inventory management or related experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain inventory and fixed asset records in ERP system.
  • Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy reconciliations.
  • Manage inventory transfers and prepare supporting documentation.
  • Support asset tracking, including serial numbers and location management.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Drilling, and Completions teams to optimize inventory utilization.
  • Assist with annual tax renderings and inventory verification processes.
  • Perform warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, labeling, loading, and unloading materials.
  • Travel to field and inventory locations as needed.

Job description

Adamas Energy LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to support inventory management, material control, asset tracking, and warehouse operations at our field warehouse in San Augustine, Texas & Nacogdoches, Texas. If you have experience with inventory control, ERP systems, and warehouse operations, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do
  • Maintain inventory and fixed asset records within the company's ERP system
  • Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and discrepancy reconciliations
  • Manage inventory transfers and prepare supporting documentation
  • Support asset tracking, including serial numbers and location management
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Drilling, and Completions teams to optimize inventory utilization
  • Assist with annual tax renderings and inventory verification processes
  • Perform warehouse duties including receiving, stocking, labeling, loading, and unloading materials
  • Travel to field and inventory locations, including North Louisiana, as needed
What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree in a business‑related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
  • 3+ years of inventory management, inventory control, or related experience
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to wear required PPE and work around moving equipment
  • Ability to travel between inventory and field locations
