SURGE Staffing in Byron, GA seeks an Inventory Allocator to support inventory accuracy and daily operations in a fast-paced facility. The role emphasizes numeric analysis, data entry, and reporting using computer systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, excellent organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Weekend work may be required on a rotating 5-on/2-off schedule.

Formación

• Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with inventory management, data entry, or reporting preferred.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to review data, identify discrepancies, and maintain organized records.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to rotate 5 days on, 2 days off including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to support daily operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update in computer systems.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other office software to organize, track, and analyze data.
• Perform data entry and prepare inventory reports as needed.
• Review inventory information for discrepancies and help resolve errors.
• Help ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
• Communicate inventory information and updates to team members.
• Assist with inventory planning, allocation, and other administrative tasks.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
