Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Clerk in Compton, CA to support daily administrative and inventory needs of a grocery distribution operation. This role blends office tasks with hands-on warehouse work and offers production-based weekly earnings.

You will enter daily warehouse data, maintain inventory records, and assist with shipments and communications. This role requires basic computer skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the site team.

Qualifications

Position Overview

We're hiring a Warehouse Clerk to support the daily administrative and inventory needs of a busy grocery distribution operation. This position combines computer and clerical work with time spent on the warehouse floor.

You'll help keep information accurate, support daily warehouse activities, and communicate with the site team to keep operations organized and running smoothly.

Because this is a production-based operation, weekly earnings can vary based on productivity and the work completed.

What You'll Do

This role is split between an office setting and an active grocery warehouse. You'll spend portions of the shift sitting or standing at a workstation and other portions walking throughout the warehouse.

The warehouse environment may include concrete floors, varying temperatures, moving equipment, and regular activity around freight and warehouse employees.
