Overview
As part of our effort to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a division of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of an Inventory Acquisition Coordinator (IAC) position.

The IAC supports the dealer inventory acquisition process by evaluating vehicle options, facilitating negotiations, and making recommendations based on inventory and pricing in an assigned region. The role involves collaboration with internal departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

The pay range for this position is $20.51-$22.01 per hour, determined by factors such as education, experience, and performance. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Oklahoma City, OK, or surrounding counties, with normal business hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the vehicle stock process from acquisition to delivery and payment, ensuring positive client experiences
  • Act as the main contact for vehicle requests, specifications, pricing, aftermarket equipment, and temporary tags
  • Provide inventory recommendations, evaluate vehicle options, and negotiate pricing
  • Update internal teams on delivery status, inventory challenges, and guidance
  • Identify alternatives such as factory ordering incentives and aftermarket options
  • Audit dealer invoices, validate incentives, and negotiate prices
  • Coordinate documentation and purchasing with dealers, including issuing purchase orders and uploading documents
  • Foster collaboration between internal teams and external dealers
  • Address escalated dealer issues and manage relationships proactively
  • Monitor client and vendor experiences to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery
  • Engage in self-improvement and maintain reliable attendance
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
