Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Strong understanding of operational flows in a warehouse.
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking) and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory accuracy via internal audits and cycle counts and report variances.
• Identify, quarantine, and report damaged, expired, or recalled products.
• Ensure pick availability by solving location or product attribute issues.
• Maintain warehouse slot integrity and slot new/seasonal items.
• Profile/slot SKUs based on sales velocity and product dimensions.
• Oversee programs like Claims, Disposals, Donations, Replenishment, Cycle Counts, and Inventory Adjustments.
• Investigate discrepancies and work with Operations for solutions.
• Identify process improvements to increase accuracy while balancing productivity.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Services, Supply Planning, and Centralized Transportation.
• Provide front-line WMS support and liaison for DC-ETS and future enhancements.
