Job summary

Macy's is seeking a cycle count processor to ensure inventory accuracy across our stores and distribution centers. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled 30+ hours per week; part-time 12-24 hours. Hours vary by business needs. This role helps maintain precise stock levels to support excellent customer service.

Primary duties include setting up cycle counts, counting, reconciling shortages/overages, and operating equipment. High school diploma encouraged; no prior experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to understand and communicate effectively.
• Proficient with computers and handheld technology.
• Flexible to work day/evening/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set up cycle counts in the system and assign aisles.
• Physically count, move boxes and use lifts.
• Reassign aisles to complete inventories.
• Research and reconcile shortages and overages.
• Monitor NIL reports and locate stock.
• Operate powered equipment as directed.
