The ideal candidate brings expertise in inventory and cost accounting, general ledger management, and reconciliation, with proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in inventory accounting, cost accounting, and general ledger management with reconciliation and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory software; proficient in Excel for data analysis.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and internal controls; ability to support audits and maintain compliant processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills; able to present clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all inventory-related accounting activities and valuation across locations.
• Prepare and review inventory reports; support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and supply chain to resolve discrepancies and optimize controls.
• Design and maintain inventory accounting policies and procedures.
• Mentor team members and drive process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
