Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support duties related to accounts payable.
• Match invoices with supporting documentation.
• Enter invoices into accounting software and process payments.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits.
• Perform cycle counts in multiple stockrooms on daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
• Maintain count accuracy in the ERP system.
• Dispose of obsolete inventory as directed.
• Maintain organization within each stockroom.
• Assist Cost Accountant with updating inventory spreadsheets.
• Assist with various projects as needed.
• Perform other related duties to ensure efficient operations.
