Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to tailor training for varied clinical audiences across modality platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop product, clinical, and software knowledge within a modality and become a domain expert.
• Coordinate and deliver objective-based system training and education support; demonstrate features.
• Execute duties per Clinical Applications Specialist priorities and desired outcomes.
• Act as education consultant to internal accounts, guiding clinical and technical adoption.
• Create training plans and assess outcomes; communicate results to stakeholders.
• Lead adoption of new product features and imaging techniques; support high NPS.
• Drive revenue through on-site or remote clinical education delivery and post-installation support.
• Maintain customer relationships and identify quality improvements for products or offerings.
