• Plan for the instructional needs of all students with high expectations for achievement and behavior.
• Implement district curriculum to promote language development, skill development, knowledge acquisition and reasoning.
• Use a variety of assessments to inform instruction and create an environment that maximizes learning.
• Practice and apply Iñupiaq pedagogical principles.
• Develop ongoing partnerships with parents and the community to support student learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues and community/parent volunteers.
