Job Description

We have immediate openings for Intune + MECM Expert roles as Customer Engineers (CEs). These full-time, salaried positions offer comprehensive benefits. CEs work with large, sophisticated companies, mainly F1000, supporting and optimizing enterprise environments related to Intune/MECM. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of Intune/MECM initiatives.

Salary range: $95,000 - $110,000, based on experience.

Travel: CEs are home-based, delivering services primarily via Microsoft Teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conducting Standard Product Workshops and Training
• Performing In-Depth Product Reviews and Whiteboard Sessions
• Executing Health Checks and Assessments
• Conducting Post-Operational Reviews of Implementations
• Carrying out Upgrade and Migration Assessments
• Performing Systems Performance Reviews
• Acting as the primary onsite technical contact, providing visibility, advanced support, and problem resolution for corporate clients, including high-level management issues

Required Experience:

The ideal candidate will be an SME in Intune/MECM, providing support, guidance, and troubleshooting for these platforms, including:

• Intune MDM, MAM, Device Security, Device Management, Conditional Access
• Windows 10/11 Imaging, Updates, CO-Management, Desired Configuration Management, Reporting, Autopilot, Policies via MECM/Intune

Core Skills:

• Enterprise support, administration, and troubleshooting for Autopilot and MDM
• Supporting Microsoft EMS, Active Directory, Windows Defender ATP, Office 365 ATP, endpoint security solutions
• Backend administration with MDM, EMS, Autopilot, GPO, AD, Azure, SQL, Windows Server
• 5+ years in MECM/SCCM administration or relevant IT experience
• SCCM architecture and workflow knowledge
• Supporting enterprise MDM and endpoint management
• Experience with Microsoft Server products and Cloud-based Management Gateways
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with Intune and MECM
• Policy creation, Windows updates, Autopilot, Compliance, Co-Management, Application creation, Task sequences, Client health monitoring
