Chickasaw Nation Industries, Inc. is seeking a Windows Endpoint Support role to assist in Intune and Entra ID driven device management within a federal contractor environment. You will help deploy policies, monitor endpoint health, and document incidents under senior guidance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in Windows endpoint support, strong scripting in PowerShell, and the ability to work across distributed teams while adhering to governance processes.

Support Intune administration and endpoint troubleshooting under senior engineering direction. Other duties may be assigned.Assist with device enrollment and compliance.Support policy and application deployments.Monitor device management dashboards.Document incidents and procedures.Escalate complex issues and support testing.Perform approved device enrollment and policy validation tasks.Monitor deployment status and flag noncompliant or unhealthy devices.Assist with application assignments and Autopilot support.Document symptoms and reproduction steps before escalation.Test low-risk changes under senior review.Build PowerShell and Graph proficiency.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in Windows endpoint support.
