Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Intune Endpoint Administrator to join our IT team in Glendale, KY. You will own modern device management across Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS, configuring profiles, enrolling devices, and enabling zero-touch provisioning with Windows Autopilot.

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of endpoint management for Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot deployments.
• Hands-on experience creating and managing compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
• Experience managing mobile application deployments and application protection policies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, configure, and deploy device configuration profiles for Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices.
• Manage device enrollment for corporate-owned and BYOD environments.
• Implement Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning.
• Maintain and optimize endpoint management standards and policies.
• Develop and enforce security and compliance policies within Intune.
• Configure and manage App Protection Policies (APP) for mobile devices.
• Deploy, update, and maintain line-of-business (LOB), Microsoft Store, and third-party applications.
• Monitor device health, compliance, and performance via the Intune Admin Center.
• Collaborate with IT, security, and infrastructure teams to integrate Intune with Entra ID and Defender for Endpoint.
