Job summary

TEKsystems in Glendale, KY seeks an experienced Intune Endpoint Administrator to manage and secure enterprise endpoints across Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS. You will administer Intune, deploy configurations and apps, and enforce security standards to ensure a seamless user experience.

You will work in a contract, hybrid role based in Glendale, KY, collaborating with infrastructure, security, and identity teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
• Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices.
• Strong knowledge of device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and modern endpoint management practices.
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and endpoint security concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting device management, policy deployment, and compliance issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, configure, and deploy device configuration profiles across Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS platforms.
• Manage device enrollment for corporate-owned and BYOD devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Administer Windows Autopilot deployments to provide zero-touch provisioning.
• Maintain endpoint standards and ensure devices are configured per requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security and compliance policies within Intune.
• Enforce security baselines including encryption, passwords, firewall, and conditional access.
• Monitor compliance and remediate policy violations across managed devices.
• Collaborate with security teams to strengthen endpoint protection.
• Deploy, update, and maintain enterprise applications across supported platforms.
• Create and manage App Protection Policies to safeguard corporate data.
• Monitor device health and generate reports in Intune Admin Center.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for endpoint management issues.
