Job summary

Sonic Healthcare USA is seeking a highly skilled Intune Engineer to join our Information Technology team. This role designs, implements, and administers Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager to support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.

You will partner with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management, Service Desk, and Digital Workplace teams to support Zero Trust, Microsoft 365 optimization, endpoint lifecycle management, and device modernization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field (equivalent experience considered).
3+ years supporting enterprise endpoint management environments.
3+ years hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune.
Experience managing: Intune, MEM, Autopilot, Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft 365, Defender.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage Intune policies, device configurations, compliance policies, and endpoint security settings.
Administer and optimize MEM, Autopilot, Entra ID, and Defender integrations.
Develop and maintain device enrollment, provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management processes.
Create, test, and deploy application packages across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
Monitor and enforce device compliance and security posture.
Partner with Cybersecurity and IT teams on Zero Trust and security controls.
