Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Intune, MAM/MDM administration.
• Experience with imaging and Windows Autopilot provisioning.
• Advanced knowledge of operating systems including Windows 11, iOS, macOS, and Android.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy enterprise-scale endpoint solutions using Microsoft Intune.
• Triage and resolve complex IT tickets from operating company IT teams.
• Create and maintain standardized configurations for devices and applications.
