Indiana University Health System is seeking an experienced neurodiagnostic professional to independently perform advanced intraoperative monitoring techniques, including ABR, Cranial mapping, Cortical and Subcortical Mapping, Phase Reversal, ECOG, DCMEPs, MEG, sEEG, and related modalities in surgical settings. You will train junior staff, troubleshoot complex issues, and help develop programs and guidelines.
Requires CNIM registry, 5–7 years' experience, Bachelor's degree, and BLS.
Independently performs advanced techniques, including ABR, Cranial mapping, Cortical Mapping, Subcortical Mapping, Phase Reversal, ECOG, ECOG for ADs, DCMEPs, as well as other modalities in and outside the surgical setting (Clinical EPs, EEG/NT, Autonomics, MEG, sEEG, etc). Trains and precepts junior team members. Troubleshot complex issues and assists others in troubleshooting. Assists in creating programs, reports, and guidelines/policies/procedures for the team. Meets patient needs, demonstrates willingness to learn new skills, and provides accurate and high-quality Neurodiagnostic testing. Promotes a cooperative working relationship with each other, physicians, other disciplines and the public by facilitating and enhancing communication, displaying honesty and respect, and expressing and accepting feedback in a professional manner.
